Exchange and retrieval policy in ANAS Store.

* The product can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt with the original invoice.

* Some products have different policies or requirements.

1. If you change your mind or order a product by mistake, the recovery process has to be approved within these terms:

- You have to pay the full shipping cost.

- Keep the products in their original packaging and don't open them if possible.

- Product isn't damaged or in bad shape.

- There is no shortage of any of the product's inclusions.

2. The shipping value will be paid in half in the case of a replacement, after ensuring the product is safe.

3. If the product arrived with damage, the product can be exchanged or recovered without paying any shipping value.

4- You can exchange or return products only with the original invoice, and customer service should be notified before a new order is placed.

* You can return or exchange an eligible item by following these steps:

- Copy your order code from Your Orders History. 

- Choose the products you want to exchange or return.

- Send the code and item's name to our WhatsApp or Facebook page.

- It'll take less than a week to process your request.
