We value your partnership and strive to provide a professional and well-organized commercial environment that protects the rights of both sellers and customers.
This document outlines the rules and policies that sellers must adhere to when listing their products and working with the platform’s management.


1. Registration and Seller Eligibility:

  • The seller must be a legally licensed individual or company operating in their respective country.

  • All required documents and accurate information must be submitted during registration (e.g., commercial license, personal identification document, bank details).

  • Once the registration request is submitted, it will be reviewed by ANAS Store Express management within 3 business days, and the seller will be notified of the outcome or any required corrections.

  • ANAS Store Express reserves the right to approve or reject any seller application without providing reasons.


2. Product Supply and Inventory:

  • The seller must supply the agreed-upon products to ANAS Store Express warehouses in accordance with approved packaging and labeling guidelines.

  • Products will be recorded in the internal inventory system after inspection and verification.

  • After adding a new product to the website, our team will review it within 3 business days, and the seller will be informed of acceptance or any required modifications.

  • Products will not appear on the website until they are physically delivered to ANAS Store Express warehouses and verified for storage and quality compliance.

  • Product ownership remains with the seller until a successful final sale is made to a customer.

  • Sellers can track inventory movement and account details via a dedicated seller dashboard.

  • Sellers may withdraw any part of their inventory stored at our warehouses at any time, provided the requested quantity is not part of a pending or in-process order. Withdrawals will be processed in a timely manner in coordination with the warehouse team.


3. Order Management and Fulfillment:

  • ANAS Store Express handles order processing, packaging, and delivery to customers through our logistics partners.

  • Order and inventory statuses are automatically updated through our order management system.

  • Sellers are not required to contact customers directly regarding shipping or delivery.


4. Commissions and Fees:

  • A commission of approximately 10% is deducted from each successful sale. The exact rate may vary depending on the product type or category, as outlined in the seller dashboard.

  • Additional fees may apply for services such as extended storage, marketing, cash on delivery, or other premium services.

  • ANAS Store Express does not issue automated periodic account statements. Instead, sellers may request to withdraw their available earnings from their wallet, which includes only the value of successfully delivered orders after deducting the platform's commission automatically.

  • Payouts are processed once per week to the seller’s registered bank account.

  • Sellers can track all past transfers and access detailed financial reports through their seller dashboard.


5. Returns and Refunds:

  • If a customer requests a return, ANAS Store Express will receive the product and inspect its condition.

  • If the product is found to be defective or not as described, the seller bears full responsibility for the return or replacement.

  • Sellable returned products will be added back to inventory after inspection.

  • All return processes are subject to ANAS Store Express’s general return policy, which sellers are required to review and adhere to.

  • The platform reserves the right to update the return policy without prior notice. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the latest policy.


6. Customer Reviews:

  • Customers are allowed to leave reviews based on their experience with the received product.

  • Sellers cannot delete or alter reviews but may respond professionally via the seller dashboard.

  • The platform may intervene if a review is found to be abusive, fake, or in violation of platform guidelines.


7. Business Conduct and Compliance:

  • Sellers must supply original, brand-new products only.

  • The sale of counterfeit, expired, unauthorized, or non-compliant items is strictly prohibited.

  • In case of violations, Anas Store Express has the right to freeze the seller’s account, remove products, apply penalties, or terminate the partnership.


8. Financial System and Account Management:

  • Each seller is provided with a personalized dashboard containing sales reports, inventory movement, and invoice details.

  • Sellers may request withdrawal of available earnings from their wallet. Withdrawals are processed weekly to the registered bank account.

  • All transaction history and financial statements are accessible in the dashboard.


9. Policy Updates:

  • ANAS Store Express reserves the right to update or amend this seller policy at any time.

  • Sellers will be notified of any changes via email or system notifications.

  • Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
